To warn believers to be wary of wolves in sheep's clothing: motivational speakers parading as Gospel preachers, peddling facts instead of the truth

To warn Christians of the danger of denominationalism

To warn believers of the organized church system with its structures and embrace the early church pattern of fellowship with brethren
